Notes: The book is tightly bound in bright clean blue boards with a pasted illustration to the front panel, the corners and spine ends are somewhat rubbed and bumped. The text block is slightly dusty and foxed to the edges with offsetting and browning at the endpapers. The dust jacket is very clean, it has minor nicks and tears but is substantially complete and a remarkable survivor.
