Parker Pyne Investigates

Christie, Agatha

Publisher: Collins
Edition: Second Impression
Publish Year: 1934
Binding: Cloth

Condition: Very Good
Jacket Condition: Good

Notes: Second impression printed in the same month as the first(November 1934). As far as I can tell, not having seen one for a few years, the jacket is the same as the first edition other than the price to the spine(3/6 net rather than 7/6). The book is tightly bound in clean red boards lettered in silver to the spine, which are a little rubbed and bumped to the extremities. The text block is slightly age toned with slight offsetting to the endpapers, but it is free from foxing or inscriptions. The dust jacket is the original, it has had some minor restoration to the spine tips and corners, otherwise it is a little rubbed and slightly creased, but generally clean and unfaded. A very uncommon early Christie title.
