Notes: The book is tightly bound in clean green boards lettered and illustrated in gilt, the boards are slightly bumped and faded towards the edges. The text block is slightly browned with minor foxing, the front endpaper looks to have been replaced with a very similar contemporary page, it is signed directly to the title page by B B, which is slightly creased. The dust jacket is the original and not price clipped, it has some minor loss to the corners and spine ends and it is a little grubby and marked. Overall a nice copy, and uncommon with B Bs signature.
